Sorry I was away from my computer as I was on a vacation the last 4 days. After the Euro Cup group stage break, the MLS started back up this weekend. Watching the Euro Cup has been quite a lot of fun as nothing can rival the intensity of each nation and the competition. Meanwhile, Montreal opened their newly redone Saputo Stadium to a decent crowd (17,112 and 84.12% full) as they beat up on the Sounders.

Keep it up brother... I check this out every week!
ReplyDeletecan someone explain to me how Montreal didn't sell out home opener at Saputo?
ReplyDeletewell, I was going to rip on them for not selling out the opener and having their lowest attendance of the year being for the Saputo opener, but I have been getting flack lately for being a little too harsh on teams when it comes to attendance so I just said it was a bit of a disappointment.
ReplyDeleteI don't think the stadium was complete
ReplyDeleteIt was very disappointing the fact that Montreal didn't sell out their first Saputo stadium game.
ReplyDeleteHey, Mr. Schultt, wouldn't it be interesting if you rank the teams by average attendance?
Cheers from Brazil.
